I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was very comfortable but a bit hot, and being above the gym was not ideal. The service had its ups and downs, with friendly staff but also some issues with handling reservations. The location was convenient for some but not pedestrian-friendly. The dining experience was a hit or miss. Overall, there were both positives and negatives to my stay.
